THE PHONE/ITEM , WE WILL NOT GIVE REFUND FOR THIS OR FOR WHATSOVER REASONS, any claims arising from this will be considered customer man made fault.

Those items for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

With respect to each item for which Import Fees have been calculated, you authorize vicsenshop to designate a carrier (“Designated Carrier”) to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Fees for such item.

We vicsenshop may declare a value other than the actual purchase value of your original order to facilitate delivery and shipment of our door to door service, this include but not limited to:

-Less value of $10 – $200
-A value other than the original value presented on your final invoice
-By using our website, you hereby authorize vicsenshop to do as we “vicsenshop” see fit to carry out shipment of your items.

“Import Fees Deposit” represents an estimate of the Import Fees that will be levied on the items in your order for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. By placing your order, you agree to allow vicsenshop (as applicable) to collect the Import Fees Deposit for the applicable items in your order. This deposit will be used, on your behalf, to reimburse the Designated Carriers for the import fees that they have paid on your behalf to the appropriate authorities of the destination country.

You further agree that the Designated Carriers may disclose to vicsenshop the amount of actual Import Fees levied on the item you have purchased from vicsenshop (“Actual Import Fees”). In the event that the Import Fees Deposit exceeds the Actual Import Fees capped at $200, vicsenshop (as applicable) will refund the difference to you.

In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order.

To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Designated Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation.

These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard Conditions of Use of the vicsenshop website. Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States and United Kingdom.

Please note that Merchants participating in the International Direct program may have policies that differ from vicsenshop Export’s terms and conditions. For items you have purchased from a Merchant, please see the applicable Merchant’s policies for any other terms and conditions that may apply to your purchase of such items.

All purchases of physical items from vicsenshop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Vicsenshop attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Vicsenshop does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Vicsenshop Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Vicsenshop itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals may not be available, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from vicsenshop, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked “Gift,” but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form.

Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.

At Vicsenshop Enterprise LTD, your satisfaction is a guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, All customers must ensure to send the item back to us for exchange subject to the following terms and conditions.

– Warranty is provided by the manufacturer of the device, if the warranty is not available, visible or eligible in your country due to consumer laws or otherwise, vicsenshop will be responsible to provide you with warranty and aftersale service.

– Vicsenshop will provide 1 year warranty on all our products unless otherwise stated by the relevant brand.

– Physical damage to items are not covered under warranty.

– Warranty on applicable products becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered with by an unauthorized person / other service center. Please retain your invoice for warranty.

– Any product purchased within seven days and returned as dead on arrival/not functioning as per operational manual/falling short of declared product specifications, will be exchanged after it has been tested by our personnels or authorised service centre technician, as applicable. The process can take upto seven business days. Exchange/Refund will be done only after the investigation/technical report.

Returns should be made within 7 days of your purchase in original, undamaged packaging. An item being returned should also be returned with any accessories, manuals and items that may have been bundled with the item.

If the product is not returned in its entirety, or if the packaging is damaged, or accessories are missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount, which will take the form of store credit.

We make use various third party shipping and logistics companies such as Dhl, Fedex, Ups, and other Shipping methods to enable us deliver across many countries. The list is endless.

Kindly inform us if you would like a special would prefer us to use other delivery methods.

All purchase will go through Payment clearence that will take 7 -14 business working days. This is to avoid fraudulent purchase, CNP (card not present), and to fight against online frauds. Once payments are successfuly verified , orders will be processed 3-4 days for shipment and 7-14 days of delivery .
This is to enable us serve all our customers properly.
However sometimes we may experience a slight delay in shipments , but we do make sure to keep our customers updated.

We will only give a refund if we are unable to ship-out your order within 30days only except otherwise as agreed between vicsenshop and its customer. Please note, refunds will be giving as a store credit on your account with vicsenshop, this can be seen as a store credit on your account and can be used to repurchase withing 6months (180days).

We delivery to almost all countries, with the exception of few countires.

Discounts vouchers, Gift vouchers, will not reflect in “Account”, because this are digitally delivered via email.

We strive to ensure tax free for all our items, however we VICSENSHOP DO NOT GUARANTEE TAX FREE IN ALL COUNTRIES. On some occasions taxes and duties are calculated according to the applicable laws of the state or country an item is shipped to upon checkout. It is the customers duty to be responsible for import and tax duties in each respective countries.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item(s), in their unopened, original packaging and condition and then place a new order. You will be credited your balance amount in the form of a voucher, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly. The voucher will have a 6 month expiry date.

Items(s) once paid for, & or paid for by mistake will not be refunded, Contact us and we will issue a store credit on your account for future purchase.

Items once paid for will be shipped accordingly and or based by availability.

Exchange within 7 days if the item(s) is unopened and in its original packaging & condition or as agreed due to amicable discussion.

An item being returned should also be returned with any accessories, manuals and items that may have been bundled with the item. NOTE: this does not apply to faulty items, for faulty items kindly return on the main item without its accesorries.

Vicsenshop does not take title to returned items until the item arrives back to its origin. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, vicsenshop does not take title to the refunded item.

vicsenshop Will always aim to dispatch your order within the shortest possible time subject to product availability and credit verification, we make it our business to ensure timely delivery of your order… Shipping time depends on your location relative to our distribution facility.

When your order ships, your tracking number will be updated automatically by the respective courier. We vicsenshop are not in-charge of how the tracking is updated to our customer, however we ensure to provide proper support to all questions. For shipping via FedEx, DHL, USPS, TNT, and many more usually customers are required to provide signature upon delivery, unless otherwise specified. For products shipped via freight, our carrier will contact the customer to schedule delivery, and the customer must be present to receive the shipment.

If the outer packaging is obviously badly damaged, the customer may reject the shipment, and it will be returned to vicsenshop for replacement. If hidden damage is encountered after opening the product, please document the damage with photos and immediately contact vicsenshop to arrange for a return and replacement. If vicsenshop is not contacted immediately after hidden shipping damage is encountered, we will not be responsible for replacing the product.

Any claim after Noncompliant opening of a box/carton shall be sent to your point of contact for an appropriate authorization return or rejection notice should the product not fall under the scope of the RMA process.

On very rare occasion and in event we will make a refund back to customer in cash, kindly note that refunds will take anywhere between 30days – 45days. All refunds will be done by bank transfer only. This condition only applies if we have successfully received our item back in its original condition.
