The Amazfit GTR runs on a proprietary operating system, yet offers support for notifications, music control and basic applications such as weather, stopwatch and more. However, they are most interested in sports functions – they can measure up to 12 different activities such as walking, running, cycling, skiing, swimming and more. Waterproof up to 5 ATMs and built-in GPS are a matter of course. There is also an optical heart rate sensor and an accelerometer for counting steps. Sleep activity can also be measured.
Despite its rich features, the Amazfit GTR also excels in durability, which makes a great 24-day life in normal use, although it can be expected that with active GPS, it will decrease slightly. The watch can be paired with smartphones running Android and iOS.
